A tour operator is the organizer and supplier of package holidays. It 's often referred to as the land manager. The roles and responsibilities of a travel agent are:

Next time, if you travel in small groups less than 10 travelers, it is advisable to hire a travel agent. Do not try to find the best travel agent in Malaysia. There is the myth that!
